SW 85 Logistics Center
This project is a 1.2 million square foot warehouse located in Coweta County. This 98-acre site involved moving in excess of 600,000 cubic yards of dirt and nearly 8000 linear feet of storm drain ranging from 18 to 72 inches. Almost 8000 feet of water main and 2000 feet of sanitary sewer.
Gillem Logistics Center
Gillem Logistics Center the master-planned redevelopment of the former Ft. Gillem Army base in Forest Park, Georgia. To date, Cyclone has completed the site work packages for 3 of the distribution facilities within the growing industrial center. We have moved an excess of 800,000 cubic yards of dirt, blasted 32,000 cubic yards of mass rock, and more than 15,000 cubic yards of trench rock.
Mansions at Gwinnett Park
This project is a master planned residential development adjacent to the Gwinnett Stripers Stadium. The site includes an assisted living facility, senior cottages, and 34 single family units. This 20 acre site had 120,000 cubic yards of dirt, 5600 feet of storm drain, 6000 feet of water main, and 4000 feet of sanitary sewer. The complex site included the construction of 9 walls totaling nearly 22,000 square feet.
Southmeadows Project
This industrial project is a pad graded site with 100,000 cubic yards of mass earthwork with 17,000 square foot reinforced slope. The project involved remediation of significant quantities of soil including: undercutting, placement of geosynthetic fabrics, stabilization stone, and lime kiln particulate stabilization.
